Are you a riding location?
No, we are a pick-up location only. You tow the unit to your desired riding location (must be OHV legal). We offer delivery for an additional fee.
What if the unit is damaged during my rental?
Renters are 100% responsible for any vehicle damage while in their possession. Please return your vehicle in the condition it was provided to you.
Is purchasing insurance required for UTV's?
Yes and it is $15 per day.
Do you offer tours?
At the moment we do not.
Can my rental unit be taken out of the COUNTRY?
No. Insurance does not offer coverage outside of the US.
Do I need a reservation or can I just show up?
Reservations are required. We are open by appointment only.
What is your cancelation policy?
There are no refunds. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We will allow you to post-pone your reservation for up to 3 months if you cancel 1 week in advance.
How does your refundable security deposit work?
A security deposit works as a means to repair or replace something in the rental unit that was damaged, stolen, or lost by the renter. All security deposits are 100% refundable as long as the unit returns in the same condition. A soft hold is made on your credit card for the amount of $2k for each UTV or $500 for each ATV. We do NOT charge your credit/debit card. It is simply a verification that you have the funds available on your card in the event of any damages to the units. *Deductibles: UTV's are $5,000
